Heligan at The Royal Cornwall Show

We're officially launching The Lost Gardens of Heligan's new website at the Royal Cornwall Show on 10 June, coinciding with its 20th anniversary year. This is the third time we've been asked to design Heligan's website, and we've created a fully content managed site, live webcam streaming and a bird song audio player to capture the garden's mystical character. The site generates an enormous amount of traffic so we've set it up to run on its own dedicated server too.

We'll be on stand 362 at the Royal Cornwall Show, pop by and we'll show you more of our latest design work and some recent websites we've launched that are doing exceptionally well. But until then you can see the live Heligan site at www.heligan.com.

ICE hot branding

We've had some fantastic feedback on the effectiveness of our work, and how design provides a tangible return on investment. Here's what ICE's Ben Rotheray had to say: "Good design is a good investment, our new branding and website have helped us double our sales. Nixon's clear methodology helped us develop a great brand look and feel which all the team bought into. Our rebranding project has supported our new product positioning which has helped us to grow the business and drive incremental revenue."

Brainstorming on the beach

Earlier this month we kick started the summer with our first BBQ at Godrevy. We played footie, swung a baseball bat, bantered about all things Nixon over some delicious food and let the creative juices flow. Inspirational. Check out the pictures from our team afternoon on our blog.
